Okay. So Mom has Alzheimer's Disease, which means she can't remember squat. Then how did she manage to call me over and over all night? Did she simple hit redial? I dunno. She evidently went to bed sometime around 4 a.m., as that was the time the 8th called was recorded. I finally unplugged the phone as I had class this morning and can't do anything about the fact that she has Alzheimer's Disease.
Does it disappear when the sun's out? I called her this afternoon and, surprise surprise, she had just awakened and was too sleepy to talk to me.
From now on the phone will be unplugged at 9 p.m. If need be, my cell will be silenced as well.
The family seems to have successfully terminated the neighbor's nosy interference. She was lambasted from all sides. My warning to her: "Never underestimate the power of family." We all stepped up to the plate, which, I think, surprised her. I love my family!
Back to the books.
It felt good to get this off my chest.

I love that she called me to ask for your number AND for mine. Like, the one she called to talk to me.
